Andrea Anders

Anders, who was raised and born in Madison, Wisconsin but now lives Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She has graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 as well as an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens point in 1997. In 2001, Anders earned an MA in Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders as well as Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 until 2015. They met when they were working on the set for the now-cancelled sitcom Joey. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her brother. Anders started her theatre career in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. She also appeared as Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. She also appeared as a character in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater as well as Two New York Stage & Film shows: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders began her acting career in May 2007 at her first Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. She played the part of Jeannie the accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st of 2007. Anders debut TV appearance came in an Dannon commercial that ran in the middle of the 1990s. She then appeared again about 2006. Anders is best known for her work on Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell), an ex-football player's wife. She appeared in all episodes of both series, but both were canceled. Anders has also made guest appearances in One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. Anders was featured in five episodes of HBO's drama series Oz in 2003, playing Donna Degenhart. In 2004, she played Heather on The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance as Brandy in Sex Drive. Anders was also a guest in the show Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful TV pilots. Spellbound and News To Me were the two television pilots which failed. Anders appeared on Better Off Ted for ABC the comedy-drama with one camera. The script was written by Victor Fresco.
